Turbulence Training is an exercise program developed by
Craig Ballantyne, a health expert, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and author of numerous fitness
articles. In the form of an e-book that can be easily downloaded from the Internet, it condenses his years of
expertise that led to a system where metabolism is increased, fat loss is increased, and muscle is gained without
cardio exercises.
Craig Ballantyne’s fat burning and body firming workouts are enumerated in a 128-page e-book to be done over a
period of 26 weeks. The workouts are designed for beginners up to the more advanced levels. In the e-book he also
explains the science behind why there should be variety in exercise. Additionally, it also helps as a guide in
reviewing one’s lifestyle and adjusting it to build healthier habits in order to burn fat and maintain fat loss.
Aside from the e-book, a one-hour audio download is also included wherein all the details and philosophy behind
losing fat through Turbulence Training workouts are explained.
Special attention is given to losing belly fat and gaining hard and firm abdominal muscles. This exercise
program is so flexible and easy to follow. It requires only three days of training a week, with only around 45

system. Proper observance of the exercises will gradually tone skeletal muscles and improve bone mass. Since the
fat metabolism happens only at the specific muscles that are working out, full range of motion is employed while
doing resistance training.
