This “Build Chest Muscle” exercise is primarily meant to
develop your chest. It will also impart a workout to your
shoulders. Some of the necessary equipments that you require
are dumbbells and flat bench. Following is a description of the
chest workouts.
On a bench of flat weight, you have to first lie back while
holding 2 dumbbells. Take care to see that you are holding two
of these of equal weight. Then on your thighs, you have to
place or rest your dumbbells. But again you have to be cautious
that you have bent your elbows slightly.
Then, keeping in mind the image of making a snow angel’
(where both hands are raised from the sides of the hips over
your head), you have to make an arch with a movement that will
reach behind your head from your thighs in such a way that the
dumbbells will touch.
And you have to follow this up by using the reverse motion
in the same way so that the dumbbells are returned to the
thighs. Next you have to repeat this exercise 4 to 5 times.
This is a very potent way to Build Chest Muscle fast.
Another way of building up your chest and get
thorough chest workouts is to opt for regular old fashioned
press ups and they are simple to perform as well.
If you are a beginner, you will benefit a lot through press
ups but if you are already into resistance training, then it
wont be of much help. And if your muscles have already started
growing, then press ups can add definition to your chest
muscle. Go for an inclined press up if you are a beginner.
Don’t opt for weight machines. It is better to settle for free
weights though it is more of a part of general work out
tip.

chest muscles. And then you have to give them separate
workouts. This alone will accelerate the process of gaining
