5 Ways to Lose Stomach Fat
Have you had such an experience when you try on
two-piece swim suits or skimpy dresses and jeans that seem
to fit in all the right places except your belly? It has
kept you frustrated over the years and it seems that the
popularly advised routine of doing regular sit ups and
crunches do not actually work at all! But more than that,
those bulging layers of fat around your waist is just on
the superficial level.
The real issue is that this type of fat is found deeper in
our bodies, underneath our skin and therefore may seem
threatening in the sense that it collects around the organs in
our abdomen. The way to lose stomach fat maybe complicated at
start but I personally think it does not have to be that very
stressing and be seen as time consuming.
The trick is to be able to get a hold of this “ultimate”
plan of transforming those diets, fat burning tips and an
exercise, daily activity regime that would suit your lifestyle
and interest. There are a couple of tips that I would like to
share to you and hopefully, as it worked for the many, may also
work for us.
Tip# 1
Compute your calories and determine how much fat you would
need to burn. Remember that to burn a pound requires 3500
calories. Although the ideal calories that one would need to
burn is 500 and should not exceed a 1000 calories. You can also
start introducing substances in your body by eating foods that
burn fats easily like those with high protein and take out on
those carbohydrates, saturated fat and sugar. Reading labels is
not bad as you think. Knowing what we induce and take in our
body is the one that is manifested physically.
Tip# 2
Usually trimming down on our usual food intake can be a
start. For example, if you are used to eating a cup full of
rice, you might want to consider making it half. If you like
fried fish, you might want to try making it steamed. I believe
getting into an aggressive cut down would only make you crave
for more. The body needs to get used to the supposed new
routine and if it will set back for a while, we do not have to
indulge in stressing ones rather gradual methods.
Tip# 3
You may also want to try eating 5-6 times a day with small
proportions rather than the usual 3 times a day when you tend
to overeat and be easily hungry. Food is always coupled with
liquids and water is what you would only need. When we are
dehydrated, our organs tend to keep in the only stored amount
of liquid left thus its inability to function properly. One
should also take care of his or her liver as this is the organ
that helps us burn fat and if taken for granted by drinking too
much alcoholic drinks, canned juice and soft drinks, this can
just hamper its functionality.
Tip# 4
Eating and drinking the right food and liquid, respectively
should be combined with a good exercise regime. The ideal one
is working out for 30 - 45 minutes, 3 times a week. This will
also help you in cutting down on those calories and boosting
your metabolism.
Tip# 5
Lifting weights or doing regular pumping moves that would
somehow put a tension on your abdominal area can also cause it
to work harder and consequently make tighter. The way to lose
stomach fat is by not over do things and just maintaining
balance in a fitness plan.
