With so much information available on the internet, it is hard to find a reliable source that teaches you correct muscle building techniques to achieve maximum results. In fact, you might end up getting more frustrated and confuse by all the conflicting advice on workouts and nutrition. It is my intention to help you get started on the right foot and helping you take those frustration moment out of your training routine.

My goal is to provide you with only information that works and move you away from
hype and scams so you can focus on building muscle and reaching your fitness goal
faster.

Inside here, you'll find numerous tips, techniques and principles that you can use
immediately to help you achieve your fitness level you once thought it was
impossible.

First of all, to be successful in your muscle building and fat loss pursuit, you need understand a few things. All the information will do you no good if you can't apply
them to your training. Remember, building muscle and losing fat does takes time,
focus and consistency, so don't expect overnight miracles.

If you are a complete beginner to muscle building, I will guide you by the hand and shows you what workout routine you should perform and the type of bodybuilding diet you need to go for.

Do not commit the same mistake other beginners bodybuilder do, by blindly using routines featured on most fitness magazines. These are generally the routines used by intermediate to advance muscle builders. Instead, you should find one that is suitable at your level.
No doubt it is a challenge to step into something new. Getting into the environment of muscle building is no exception. So it's important that you adhere to some underlying principles that many beginners actually take for granted.

Safety Rules & Form

First of all, you need to understand some basic safety rules and learn to use proper
form. Having armed with this knowledge reduces chances of injury to yourself
especially when you're pushing more weights. The concept is simple. When you are a
beginner, soreness on your muscle recover much quicker and damage is not as severe.
But as your experience grew, you inflict more damage on your muscle by pushing it
much harder so it takes longer time to recover. The idea is to learn how to lift
correctly and not lifting more weights. You need to get the basic movements right to
reduce chances of injuries both now and in the future.

Rest & Recovery

Getting plenty of sleep enables your muscles to grow in bed. So don't short change
your growth by neglecting it. You will find having lots of rest enables you to feel
more energized and you tend to train harder. This effectively improve your workout
results by leaps and bounds.

It's All In The Mind

To maximize your success in building lean muscle, you need lots of focus and persistency. Be committed to your routine and don't let it become your least priority. Define your long term goal in specific details. For example are you just wanting to lose fat and gain weight by increasing quality muscle? The point here is to have some ways to measure your success by understanding where you are now and where you want to go. Be as realistic as possible in your assessment on the length of time it would take to achieve your goal.

So go ahead and write it down in pen and paper!

Your performance will increase exponentially if you have a train smart mentality. For example, rather than overtraining and rob yourself of any possibility of continued growth, make sure that you get yourself adequate rest and sleep.
